The team

Each assistant has one task. Below you can see them by group, with one sentence on what they do.

Giving each one its own task or area keeps things clear for me. The assistants also talk to each other and coordinate where their work overlaps.

The stories appear one at a time. Assistants with the button "Read the story" have a finished story. If it says "story coming soon", that story will follow later; after the start, a new story appears every week. With every story you can also read what I keep doing myself, and what an assistant may never do without my yes.

Overview and daily start

Keeping an overview and dividing the work, so I don't forget anyone or anything.

  • Chief of Staff

Reads tomorrow's calendar, makes a morning overview and keeps track of loose ends. Creates other bots and gives them instructions, so they all work the same way.

    Difficulty: ★★

Home and family

Groceries, the weekly menu and the devices in the house.

  • Shopper

Keeps the shopping list, handles repeat orders and the delivery slot, and compares one-off purchases.

  • Nutrition coach

Makes a weekly menu that fits dietary advice, and sends a choice email every week.

  • Home techie

Keeps an eye on my computers, storage, backups and network. Takes stock first, records everything and only changes something after my yes.

    Difficulty: ★★

Money

Keeping an eye on subscriptions at home and on the finances of my small company.

  • Finances (private)

Keeps track of all my private subscriptions: what's running, what it costs, when it renews. Says critically what can go, and only cancels after my yes.

    Difficulty: ★★
  • Finances (business)

Helps with the finances of my small company: subscriptions, transactions, invoices and business cases.

Photos and websites

Taking better photos, publishing photos, building simple websites and the day-to-day care of websites for friends and family.

  • Site builder

Builds simple websites that need little upkeep, and puts nothing online without my yes.

    Difficulty: ★★
  • Photo coach

Gives feedback on my nature photos, and collects and organises everything to do with taking better photos.

  • Photo site manager

Looks after my own photo site and helps publish photos.

  • Family business helper

Helps a relative with the website and marketing of her garden business.

Following the news

Short summaries of YouTube channels, so I don't have to watch for hours.

  • News analysts (8)

Eight assistants each follow a group of YouTube channels and briefly summarise what's going on.

Life and legacy

Recording my story and making sure everything can be handed over.

  • Autobiographer

Builds a factual story of my life and work.

  • Handover file

Keeps track of what is where, so my family can take things over if something happens to me.

Help with working with the assistants

Learning, keeping up and discovering new assistants.

  • Platform helpers

Follow the news about Grok Bot, the platform of my assistants, and help me learn to work with it.

  • Bot finder

Looks for new assistants I can try out.
