What does it cost, and what does it bring? Honestly, per month.

I only mention what I know for sure. I use round numbers, not amounts down to the cent. Anything still open, I'll fill in later.

The subscription

My assistants run on Grok Bot. On 12 October 2026 the subscriptions changed. Grok Bot is now part of "The X Subscription", one subscription for Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and X Premium. Grok Bot is included from Premium up:

These prices exclude VAT. The higher the plan, the more usage is included. Everything shares one budget, and it refills every week. You can cancel monthly.

I myself still have a yearly subscription from before this change (SuperGrok Plus, $ 800 a year, about € 60 a month). Existing subscriptions can simply stay. Every week I get full capacity again, and so far that has always been enough.

In short, it costs me about € 60 a month. That is roughly one hour of someone with a not too high hourly rate.

Using it for your business, with other people's data?

I use the assistants privately and for my own small company. If you work as a business with other people's data, such as clients, the GDPR (the privacy law) gives you obligations. Then you need a somewhat broader subscription: a team or business plan. The team plan costs the same per person as Premium, Super or Ultra above, but adds management and privacy settings for the whole team. For larger organisations there is a custom business plan (Enterprise).

What I use the time for now

Every month it saves me many times that in hours on the things I already did. On top of that, in just a few hours I can do lots of other things and help other people.

For me it's not about saving as much time as possible. It's about what I do with that time: more personal contact and more room for my own ideas. That time goes to friends and family, and to my other hobbies, like travelling and photography. And I need to hire in less help, for example for the bookkeeping of my company.
